Forward Risk is seeking a talented individual to conduct U.S. and international investigative due diligence research for a wide range of corporate and financial clients. This position requires a highly-motivated investigator with a strong qualitative analytical ability and a desire to advance within the organization.

Associates are responsible for the entirety of the research process, report writing, and ensuring that quality deliverables are presented to our clients. We anticipate that Associates will also take on client management duties as well as other internal projects that may arise. As Forward Risk is an emerging player in the industry, Associates will need to be highly adaptive and able to take on an array of responsibilities.


  • Strong English-language writing skills
  • Intellectual curiosity combined with research skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with open source research and online databases
  • Ability to quickly and effectively summarize information from multiple sources and communicate ideas
  • Capacity to adapt to new situations and accept/apply feedback
  • Ability to manage and prioritize several projects and assignments simultaneously
  • Professional working proficiency in a foreign language (reading, writing) is a plus

Education and Professional Experience

Undergraduate or graduate degree with an emphasis on research and writing skills: International Relations/Affairs, Journalism, Political Science, Law, or other related areas of study.

Candidates with up to 3 years of industry experience are eligible for the Associate role. For candidates who are new to the investigations industry, on-the-job training and instruction will be provided.
