Associate

Overview

Forward Risk is seeking highly-motivated individuals to conduct investigative due diligence research for a wide range of corporate and financial clients, including law firms, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital firms.

As white-collar investigators, we leverage our knowledge of open source intelligence and research methodology to help our clients make informed business decisions. While prior experience at an investigations firm is not strictly necessary, a successful candidate should nonetheless demonstrate strong analytical skills, precise attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Associates are responsible for the entirety of the research process, report writing, and ensuring that quality findings are delivered to our clients. Because Forward Risk is an emerging player in the industry, Associates will need to be highly adaptive and able to take on an array of responsibilities.

We are particularly keen on intellectually and professionally ambitious candidates who relish the opportunity to hone their investigative skills and advance within the organization.

This position is a good opportunity for recent and upcoming graduates hoping to start their careers in the investigations industry.

Forward Risk provides an extensive training program to all new employees, which is beneficial to those who lack formal experience in the investigations industry. Our training program covers public record research techniques, open source research methodology, and provides opportunities to shadow more experienced investigators before employees begin live casework.

Even after initial training, the Firm continually invests in the career growth of its employees and provides supplementary training grants in the amount of $2,000 per year.
