Internship

Overview

Forward Risk is seeking talented students and recent graduates to conduct investigative due diligence research for a wide range of corporate and financial clients. This position requires a highly-motivated researcher with a strong analytical ability. Interns will undergo a rigorous training program which will prepare them to take responsibility for the entirety of the investigative research process. They will be trained to conduct a wide range of media, legal and regulatory analysis and convert their findings into an easily accessible deliverable. As Forward Risk is an emerging player in the industry, Interns will need to be highly adaptive and able to take on an array of projects and responsibilities.

Interns who are pursuing an undergraduate degree will receive $19 an hour in compensation. Interns pursuing a graduate degree will be paid $20 an hour. If interested, please send a cover letter and resume to careers (at) forwardrisk.com or apply via Handshake.

Requirements

  • Strong English-language writing skills
  • Intellectual curiosity combined with research skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to quickly and effectively summarize information from multiple sources and communicate ideas
  • Capacity to adapt to new situations and accept/apply feedback
  • Ability to manage and prioritize several projects and assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to work out of our Georgetown or Dupont office
