Brendan Foo is a Partner and co-founder of Forward Risk. He has extensive experience in all the firm’s core practice areas: investigative due diligence, litigation support, corporate contests, and risk advisory. A native of Singapore, Brendan has lived, studied, and worked in several countries. He speaks Chinese and has undertaken multifaceted investigations for clients doing business throughout Asia.
Prior to co-founding Forward Risk Brendan worked at Exiger Diligence, where he established and led the Asia desk, and at Kroll. He previously worked for the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, and has a sophisticated understanding of regional political and security issues. He has also been involved with a number of international organizations, including the US-ASEAN Business Council and the World Policy Institute.
